I started out promoting self-help authors and events long before they were fashionable. Back in the day getting coverage for esoteric topics was a tough gig. It took a deep understanding of the work, an ability to translate complex topics into simple language and strong news sense to bring complementary medicine, spirituality and self-help to a wider audience.
Best-selling titles I’ve publicised include Lillian Too’s Complete Illustrated Guide To Feng Shui, Laurence Gardner’s Bloodline Of The Holy Grail and Dr Robert Holden’s Success Intelligence. With an endless fascination for all things alternative in thought, health and spirituality, this is an area I’m always dabbling in – including writing articles under my own byline.
