I love them.  And I work on all the aspects that make other people love them too – all the little touches, all the ways they connect with their customers.  It’s about telling a story people want to hear, that then becomes their story they share with others.

That story is built by paying attention to how a restaurant feels from the moment you look it up online, when you’re making a booking, what it’s like walking in the door, how you spend time there and what you say about it afterwards.  Every act is a form of communication that’s part of the story.  Just make sure it’s a good one.
